Welcome to my Fitness Blog!

Hey everyone. My name is Justin and I am the blogger behind 50 Days of Fitness. I'm a public relations post-graduate student at Western University looking to lead a more healthy and active lifestyle.


Why is my Blog Different?

My blog is different because I am not a fitness guru. I haven't exercised consistently in the last four months. I don't have a personal trainer certification and I don't have a degree in food and nutrition. I'm not "jacked" and I don't have a six pack. So why follow my blog?





A Person who's Just Like You

I'm not a personal trainer. I'm not a professional athlete. I'm a young, regular guy who has a passion to better myself.

50 Days of Fitness contains no gimmicks, no secrets and most importantly, no guarantees. Just like most of you I am starting from scratch. I haven't been able to get into a solid routine for a while but I am making this commitment to myself and you, my followers. 

If you're looking for a blog written by some fitness nut then this isn't the blog for you. But if you have finally made that decision to exercise regularly, eat healthy and all you need is bit of advice and encouragement, then this is the blog for you. 


I'm Challenging YOU

I invite you to follow me so I can show you that making this lifestyle change isn't easy. It's hard, hard work. But it's NOT impossible. So, why not do this challenge with me? Make a long-term goal. 50 days. 50 days of fitness. 5 times a week for 10 weeks. Find a workout regiment. Any type you want. Do it for 50 days alongside me. I'll be talking about a different aspect of my challenge every week and I encourage you to join in on the conversation in the comments section. 

So stay tuned and get ready to give it 150 per cent!
