I don’t know about you guys, but music is a MUST for me while working out. Music is therapeutic; listening to music during a workout gives you a huge boost. It can make the
difference when you need that extra push to finish that last set. It can
jumpstart your mood if you’re having an off day. Whether your stretching,
running or pumping iron, music makes a workout better. That's why I'm going to tell you about the best workout songs and how they will improve your workout.
The Best Workout Songs for YOU
Believe it or not, I know guys that can listen to Taylor
Swift or Carly Rae Jepsen when they work out. Why am I telling you this?
Because it’s important to realize every person is different. There’s no set
genre for workout music. Pick the best workout songs for you.
I like to work out to three genres: heavy rock, rap/hip hop and electronic dance music. These three genres always put me in a great mood. They motivate me to go to the gym and get me through a tough workout. I like to change up my rap/hip-hop and EDM from time to time but, Linkin Park ALWAYS stays on my playlist. Check out their YouTube page for more great music.

Only Listen to Your Workout Songs While Working Out
They’re called workout songs for a reason. I only listen to
these songs at the gym because I want to only associate these songs with
working out. I find this method keeps your workout music from getting old fast.
You also begin to realize that when this playlist comes on, it’s go time.
Please feel free to comment or share any of your favourite workout songs in the comments section and don’t forget to check out the exercise
